Refunds and Returns
Frames and Walls! tries to make it as convenient as possible for our customers to make returns.
Order Updates & Cancellation
All orders can be updated or cancelled as long as they remain in Processing status. Please contact us at email@example.com or send us a message with your order details. If your order is ready to be worked, in production or shipping status, orders cannot be cancelled.
Order Returns and Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned in original condition within 10 days of receiving.
- Returns will be refunded in the same form of tender as the original.
- Refunds will be applied within 48 to 72 hours** of receiving the returned package.
- Returns require a return authorization number to be included with the shipment..
- Frames and Walls do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds for Shipping Issues
If a refund is agreed because we are unable to ship to your country, a full refund will be applied within 7 days* of receiving your confirmation.
Returns and Refunds Exceptions:
Exceptions apply to refunds when the product didn’t arrived due to factors within the control of the customer (i.e. Wrong shipping address or not cleared by customs) or the return do not include a return authorization number.

** This is the time Frames and Walls will have to issue your refund. Additional time may be needed depending on your card provider.
