Shipping Locations

We provide shipping to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in an unreachable address, we will contact you.

Processing Times

Average processing time for new orders is 1 to 2 days. This is the only time that updates or cancellations are allowed to your order.

Production Times

Some of our unique items are created on demand, some others are available in stock. Average production times may vary from 2 to 7 days.

Shipping Times

Shipping time may vary from one location to another.┬áIf you haven’t received your purchase after 45 days of shipping, you may be eligible for refund. Average shipping times are:

Tracking Information

Once the order is ready to work and close to be shipped, tracking information is generated and emailed to you. Details about your shipment can be found here using your tracking number. Some shipping providers take about 5 to 8 days on updating information after the tracking number is created.

International Orders

Most of our products are free of customs. However, by purchasing our products, you are responsible of any custom fees after the product is shipped from our warehouses.

Packaging

If you purchase more than one item, for logistics and production reasons, several packages may be shipped and they may arrive at different times even under explicit request of sending only one package.
